We come from a long line of farmer-builders. For generations, construction was done with simple hand tools—yet many of those buildings still stand today. You only have to walk around Old Salem to see the incredible attention to detail in those historic landmarks.

In fact, our family’s oldest structure, built in 1765, is still standing in Callaway, Virginia. If they could build things to last centuries without power tools, computers, or modern hardware stores, it’s because they had a flawless plan and executed it perfectly.
