Budget and financial considerations

We want you to be upfront about how much you would like to spend. We will never pressure you to spend, our job is to provide options. We want you comfortable with the process. Other things to note:

  • we will provide an estimate of home value before and after the project, via a real estate agent

  • Any change regardless of reason that affects price will require your approval. No surprises, We send an electronic request noting the scope and price of the change and you approve it electronically
